He is offering a special Croquembouche Masterclass to Corporate and interest groups in an informative, motivating and entertaining setting – his own kitchen. Your small group session is great for team building and bonding. Suitable for all talents, from the novice through to experienced cooks. Get your group together and take on the challenge!
The Challenge - The Croquembouche!
The Croquembouche is the traditional wedding cake of France and has become very popular worldwide recently. It’s made of choux pastry profiteroles filled with crème patissière, all held together in a spherical shape with a toffee glaze and skill!
If you’re looking to really challenge yourself and your team, then this is the task for you as making and constructing the Croquembouche looks incredibly daunting! However with Geoffrey’s expert tuition everyone will succeed in assembling their own petit Croquembouche to take home.
Your Masterclass includes:
All food ingredients
Cooking equipment and utensils
Tuition from Geoffrey, a fully qualified and experienced Pastry Chef
Your work of art to take home and enjoy!
Wednesday and Thursday – your group's date subject to availability
Times: 1.00-2.30pm (1.5hrs)
Group Price: $550 for up to 10 participants
Extra persons: $55 each - maximum 14 participants.
Suitable for 18+ only.

Geoffrey can conduct your own private Masterclass or corporate appearance at your venue, home or workplace.
Cost: $750 (minimum 3 hours). Monday - Friday. Please note a surcharge applies to Saturday and Sunday. More details are available from the Patisserie.
This Includes sourcing, purchasing, weighing, packaging and transporting all ingredients, plus demonstration/participation time.
Plus the cost per person of the class as outlined above.
